The "PMSA" mobile application is developed by the Property Management Services Authority (MAS).
In addition to browsing the latest information of the Authority through "PMSA", users can also enjoy various services of the Authority, including making appointments and submitting licence applications, checking the Register of Licensed Persons and registering for activities organized by the Authority.Property managers and company license holders can also register and log in to their dedicated accounts to receive personalized messages, and enjoy additional functions including making appointments and submitting license renewal applications, as well as recording individual participation in the EAAs "Continuing Professional Development Program" ( For Property Manager Licence holders only).
